Kehkeh graduated with a bachelors degree in Economics from the Krannert School of Management (Purdue University) and completed the Entrepreneurship and Innovation program. Supplementing his concentration in business he also contributed to the improvement of orthopedic health as a BME undergrad researcher. Results driven business strategist with the ability to generate new revenue streams through his expertise in POC development, operations excellence, M&A sales strategy and commercialization of innovation. 5+ years of experience with implementing new technologies and catalyzing R&D initiatives to future proof electric utilities’ power distribution operations. Empowering industry leading utilities to equip themselves with innovative hardware and digital and commercial tools needed to solidify a modern operating model for modern challenges.

Payton McCoy

Payton is an attorney whose practice focuses primarily on the technology and intellectual property aspects of complex business transactions. Payton's experience includes mergers and acquisitions (both public and private - including those involving private equity portfolio companies), initial public offerings (IPOs), joint-ventures, and other corporate and securities matters. Payton has represented clients in a variety of industries including technology, healthcare, energy, consumer product, as well as advising numerous SPACs. In addition to Payton’s corporate practice, Payton has devoted 100s of hours to pro bono matters centering around racial and social equity, prison reform, and the performing arts. In addition to being a business lawyer, Payton understands the non-legal challenges of getting a business started. While a student at Purdue University, Payton co-founded a popular delivery company called Rubberz, which delivered party supplies, fast food, and other miscellaneous goods. Payton was primarily responsible for operations, social media marketing, and management of iOS and Android app development. Payton graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Purdue University and earned a J.D. from Columbia Law School. Payton has also completed coursework in artificial intelligence and business strategy from the Massachusetts School of Technology.
